Timothy L. Rowland

Mr. Tim Rowland is chairman and founder of Rowland Carmichael Advisors, Inc., one of Arizona`s oldest and largest independent investment and financial planning firms.  The company specializes the helping families and organizations build legacies. 

 

He received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1971 and a master's of international management (MIM) from the American Graduate School of International Management in 1977.  He also is a certified investment management consultant. 

 

Mr. Rowland has served in various local, state and national offices for the American Cancer Society.  He has been involved in the Valley of the Sun United Way Investment Committee. He is a member of Christians in Commerce, an international ecumenical organization, and of St. Thomas the Apostle Church.

 

Mr. Rowland's firm is a founding partner in the Family Business Forum, a service of the Arizona State University Center for the Advancement of Small Business. Mr. Rowland is a also a guest lecturer at ASU College of Business and speaks regularly on business ethics to students enrolled in the Center's small business program.
