Mission Statement
The purpose of the Council is to ascertain how effectively
the academic advising process is presently working, to develop
a policy, definition, and guidelines to ensure that our Maricopa
Community College students receive the best possible academic
advising, to monitor the implementation of the approved policy
and guidelines, and to assist in the periodic effectiveness
review of the academic advising services on the campuses.
