Transcripts and Records

Students may request official and unofficial transcripts. The colleges will not automatically send transcripts, nor will a university request them from the student. It is a good idea to keep an unofficial copy of your transcripts for your records. All official transcript requests cost $5.00. Official transcripts will not be sent until the fee is paid. There is no fee for an unofficial transcript.

Students have several options for requesting transcripts:

1. On-line request
2. Request in person at the college(s) where you take classes
3. Mail-in request
