MCCCD Personal
Receiving/Surplus Campus personal can only pick up or drop off surplus at the Auxiluary Services Support Center, or a designated campus staff member that has been approved and confirmed by the Auxiluary Services Support Center Staff. Campus Faculty/Staff cannot take back surplus items by themselves, Surplus items must go through the campus Receiving/surplus personal or approved staff member, to be taken back to the campus.
All visits, dropoffs, pickups, ETC must be made by appointment through the surplus email. Receiving/Surplus campus personal or designated Campus staff member must make visiting appointments for all Faculty/Staff. Faculty/Staff that send request for appointments will be refused.
Surplus days are Tuesday and Thursdays at 8am, 9am, 10am and 11am These hours are subject to change. Appointments can be made two weeks in advance contact Auxiluary Service Support Center for more information.
