Terms for Payments and Load Outs
Maricopa Community Colleges
- All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and Maricopa County Community College District and Sierra Auctions assume no liability for bodily injury, death, or property damage caused by the items.
- All items are sold without any warranties or guarantees, and no warranty of condition is stated or implied.
- The testing or plugging in of any computers or other electronic equipment is NOT allowed.
- All items must be paid in full upon completion of auction.
- *Cash only*, NO CHECKS ACCEPTED (except MCCCD employees, with employee ID).
- The warehouse will be closed at 2 pm on the day of the auction.
- All items not removed by 2 pm the day of the auction, MUST BE removed after the auction, no later than the specified pick up date.
- The 2 pm deadline policy means that all items must be loaded and packed up, and removed from the parking lot at 2 pm. This does NOT mean that you can move all your items into the outside parking lot, and still continue your loading in the parking lot after the 2 pm deadline.
- Items NOT picked up by 2 pm on the specified pick up date will be considered abandoned and disposed of, at Maricopa Colleges' discretion.
- Bidders will be responsible for loading and transporting all items that they purchase. Forklift service--$2.00 fee per pallet or lift. Cash only exact change required.
- Please do not tamper with the items already bid on.
- Removal of all contents of the pallet lots are the responsibility of the successful bidder. Items may not be removed from the bays until auction bidding is completed. All items must be removed in their entirety with no debris left in the warehouse or outside parking lot.
- The Auctioneers and Maricopa College assume no responsibilities for any inaccuracies noted in fliers, lot lists or advertisements, etc.
