5th Annual Transfer Awareness Week

If you are a student at one of the Maricopa Community Colleges and plan to seek a Bachelor's Degree, you will be happy to hear that Maricopa has expanded its transfer partnerships to include more than 40 accredited colleges and universities. The advantages of having transfer agreements with several colleges include: 1) you can choose the Bachelor's Degree that best suits your needs, whether it is internet, or other forms of distance learning, or on-campus instruction, 2) these partnerships ensure that your Maricopa coursework is accepted and applied to your program of study and 3) cost savings - starting your degree at Maricopa will mean a substantial savings in meeting college costs. How? Through some of Maricopa’s partnerships, once you earn an Associate’s Degree, you can work even further towards the Baccalaureate Degree by earning up to 90 credits for transfer. Maricopa's Transfer Awareness Week is designed to provide information about transfer and create opportunities for students, faculty, and advisors to meet with Maricopa Transfer Partners. College and university partners from around the country will come together on our campuses and assist prospective transfer students with understanding their degrees and programs. Over 30 higher education institutions will be present including Arizona's public universities. All sessions are free.
