Maricopa has installed and implemented the "Maricopa Employee Messaging 2000" (MEMO) system as a replacement for the employee ALL-IN-ONE email system. Each Maricopa site has a MEMO project plan and are underway with their migration plans. See the project team web pages and the MEMO product support pages for additional information.

While the vendor has indicated that the current version of A1 is not Y2K ready, Maricopa has made some corrections and vigorous testing of A1 for limited functions as a contingency. The removal of ALL-IN-ONE and the related computer systems is tentatively scheduled to be completed prior to Dec 31, 2000.
