Maricopa's legal, purchasing, and technology departments coordinated the development and issuance of the affidavit or assurance of Year 2000 readiness. This document was submitted to all vendors who provide Maricopa with critical services or materials from which all responses were monitored. Maricopa also developed several other related Y2K vendor forms, see the draft forms for examples.
