Rio Salado College is one of the largest online public community colleges in the nation, serving more than 55,000 students annually with nearly 27,000 online in all 50 states and internationally. We offer more than 600 online classes and more than 100 degree and certificate programs with 45-plus Monday start dates so students can complete their coursework on their desired time.

We are one of the largest providers of adult basic education in Arizona and serve incarcerated re-entry students, active military, and veterans and their families. We also have opportunities for high school students, university students taking supplemental classes, international students, transfer students, and lifelong learners.

RSC offers innovative programs and services to complement its mission, vision, and values, including providing Sun Sounds of Arizona, a radio reading service that provides access and information to people who cannot read print materials because of a disability. The division also manages two SPOT 127 youth media centers to help Valley teens develop state-of-the-art skills in digital media and journalism while connecting them to higher education.

Rio Salado College employees actively volunteer their time, effort, and resources to support the Arizona Heart Walk, Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley, Be A Leader Foundation, Valley of the Sun United Way, and many other community outreach efforts. Plus, the Rio Salado Dental Clinic holds an annual free clinic for kids and offers dental hygiene services at discounted rates to the public all year long.
