Step 2: Apply for Admission
If you are residing within the State of Arizona please click this link to apply for admission.
- College: Enter your college of choice
- Term: Enter your anticipated start term Spring, Summer or Fall
- Field of Study: Enter field of study*
- Program: Enter program of choice*

NOTE: Write down your student ID number (starts with a 3), your MEID (starts with the first 3 letters of your name, and will be your username when you log into any of our systems), and your password.
If you receive an error that you already have an account, please click here and select Password Reset or scroll down to the Support for Students section and then select Find MEID or Reactivate MEID.
Step 3: Submit your ID for Authentication
Log in with your MEID and password.
Please make sure the picture is in color, clear to read, and not cropped. It will be rejected if we cannot see all 4 edges.
Once you submit your ID, give me a heads up and I will track the number to make sure it moves through and gets processed!
Step 5: Schedule an Advising Session, or Find Your Own Courses and Request to be Scheduled
Meet with a Dedicated Advisor or find your own courses. Watch the video tutorial on how to find classes.
Step 6: Apply for Approval on Amazon Career Choice Website
Visit A to Z Portal and submit a payment request for your chosen school and program. The request will be sent to the college to confirm course level details, and either approve or deny the request. If approved, Amazon will pay the college directly!
Note:
- You will need your approval submitted at least seven business days before your class start date to ensure your class is not dropped for non-payment.
- When applying, be sure to select one of the following programs:
- Amazon Foundations: For non-credit English as a Second Language (ESL) classes through Glendale Community College
- Amazon Pathways: For credit-bearing certificate programs, which are on the approved list (Note: Clock programs are not approved by Amazon)
- Amazon College: For students seeking an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with Maricopa Community Colleges.
- (Note: Amazon approval can be processed only at one college at this time.)
Example: If you are registered for a class at both Phoenix College and Glendale Community College with a start date in January 2025, your approval can be used only at one of those colleges.
