Tribal Healthcare Workforce Roundtable

Strengthening Partnerships to Support Tribal Healthcare Workforce Development

GateWay Community College
Monday, April 27  |  10 a.m.— 12 p.m.

Maricopa County Community College District invites Tribal leaders, healthcare professionals, and community partners to join a collaborative discussion to strengthen healthcare workforce pathways that support Tribal communities.

This roundtable will provide an opportunity to share perspectives on current and future healthcare workforce needs, identify opportunities for collaboration, and explore how Maricopa Community Colleges can support accessible, culturally responsive education and training aligned with community priorities.

Through this dialogue, we aim to listen, learn, and build meaningful partnerships that support sustainable healthcare workforce development and expand opportunities for Tribal members pursuing healthcare careers.

Discussion Topics May Include:

  • Current and emerging healthcare workforce needs in Tribal communities
  • Accessible education and training, aligned with community priorities and responsive to community needs.
  • Collaborative strategies to expand healthcare workforce development
  • Opportunities for future partnerships and funding initiatives

We value your insight and partnership and look forward to a meaningful conversation that supports the health and wellbeing of Tribal communities.
