Next Steps in the Enrollment Process—High School Students

Congratulations! You’ve successfully applied for admission to Maricopa Community Colleges. To continue with the Dual Enrollment registration process, follow these steps:

1. Visit your Student Center and sign in using your Maricopa email and password.
2. Click on the Student Forms tile.
3. Choose the High School and Under 18 Forms tile to find the following forms:
   1. ID Authentication Form—Required for first-time Dual Enrollment students. Upload your identification documents.
   2. Under 18 and FERPA Release Form—If you’re under 18 and a first-time Dual Enrollment student, your parent or legal guardian must provide their contact information.
   3. Dual Enrollment Class Form—Required for both first-time and returning students to register for classes. This form will be available in July.

Important

• If you are under 18, these forms only need to be completed once to take courses at any of the Maricopa Community Colleges.
• If you’ve previously enrolled at one of our 10 colleges, you may not need to complete these forms again. They may not appear in your Student Center.
• Returning students only need to complete the Dual Enrollment Class Form, which will become available in July.
