Maricopa Community Colleges is pleased to announce Beth Roszatycki has been selected as the new State Director of the Arizona Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network, following a competitive search process in accordance with Small Business Administration (SBA) requirements and terms.
“I am honored to join the Arizona SBDC Network and lead our efforts in supporting the state’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem,” said Ms. Roszatycki. “Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and I look forward to working alongside our statewide partners to provide the tools, resources, and high-quality advising necessary for our local businesses to thrive and scale."
Meet Roszatycki
An experienced SBDC staff member, Ms. Roszatycki previously served as the Chief Client Services Officer for the Michigan SBDC Network. Before this role, Ms. Roszatycki held the position of Regional Director for the Lake Huron region. Prior to joining the Michigan SBDC Network, Ms. Roszatycki was the Chief Executive Officer of Michigan Health Improvement Alliance, Inc., where she worked to drive sustainable health system changes across 14 counties in the mid-Michigan region.
Ms. Roszatycki possesses extensive experience in budget oversight, financial stewardship, legislative advocacy, and working with a diverse network of clients and stakeholders, including managing multiple regional directors, developing relationships across rural communities, and strengthening collaboration with stakeholders. As State Director, Ms. Roszatycki will oversee statewide operations, promoting small business growth and development through free, personalized guidance and support, including one-on-one advising, resource assistance, financial education, and comprehensive training.
Ms. Roszatycki earned a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising Management/Retailing from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University.
