Our workforce programs are designed to help you prepare for high-demand industries across Arizona—including healthcare, IT, advanced manufacturing, skilled trades, business, and more.

What is WIOA?
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federal workforce development program that may help eligible individuals pay for approved career training programs. Funding eligibility is determined through our workforce partners, including Maricopa County, City of Phoenix, and Arizona@Work. If approved, WIOA funding may help cover the cost of career training programs that prepare you for in-demand jobs.
