Community Emergency Response Team (CERT): Level I
The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Community Emergency Response Team (CERT): Level I provides basic training for participation on a CERT in accordance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Details
This program is not eligible for Title IV Federal Financial Aid.
Students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program.
- Explain the functions of Community Emergency Response Teams and their role in emergency response.
- Demonstrate basic principles associated with and techniques used by Community Emergency Response Teams.
- Explain and illustrate Community Emergency Response Teams organization, decision-making, and documentation requirements.
