Maricopa Community Colleges and MCCF are proud to celebrate the recent achievements of Susan Bitter Smith and Judy Sanchez.

MCCCD is proud to announce that Susan Bitter Smith, MCCCD Governing Board President, and Lindsey Wilson, MCCCD Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, have been named 2024 Women Achievers of Arizona.

MCCCD's Marketing Department received a national 2023 Paragon Award for its bachelor's degree marketing campaign, "Start Here. Finish Here."

Brian Spicker, President and CEO of the MCCF, has been named Valley Leadership’s 74th Man of the Year. 

MCCCD is proud to announce Chancellor Dr. Steven R. Gonzales has been named the 2023 “Export Champion of the Year” by City of Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego.

MCCCD ranked fifth best higher education employer alongside UCLA, Loyola, and other premier colleges in supporting women inside and out of the workforce.

Dr. Mark Koan, MCCCD CIO and Vice Chancellor, has received the 2022 CIO of the Year ORBIE Award for Public Sector from ArizonaCIO.

Interim Chancellor Dr. Steven R. Gonzales has been honored as one of Phoenix Business Journal's Most Admired Leaders of 2022.
