Please submit an admissions application. If you have previously attended or applied to the Maricopa Community Colleges, you will login with your MEID and password.

If you are completing a task list item in your Student Center, click on the item for more information on how to submit your document.

For paper forms, check to see if your college has a General Document Upload Form to upload the document.

Please review our electronic Admissions, Records, and Registration Forms and Financial Aid Forms. You can access these forms with your MEID and password.

Please note that most forms take 5-7 days to process. However, during peak, it can take much longer and up to 10-14 days. You can view the status of your documents online in the Student Center.

You can find additional information in your Student Center by clicking on the Tasks tile and then clicking on the specific to-do list. This will provide additional information on how to complete the to-do list item. Some to-do list items link directly to an electronic form to submit the documents.

Financial Aid awarding has begun for fall 2023. You will receive an email notification to your Maricopa Email account when your award offer is available to view in the Student Center. Students can submit Revision Requests at the Financial Aid forms page if desired. Please note that most forms take 5-7 days to process. However, during peak, it can take much longer and up to 10-14 days.

Book Advances can start going up to 10 days prior to the class start date. Be sure your Maricopa Student Refund Process is set up for timely receipt of advance.

Maricopa District Scholarship eligibility will automatically be considered with submission of the FAFSA. Maricopa Foundation scholarships do not require the FAFSA for consideration. However, the deadline for the Fall application cycle is March 1 - April 30. The Spring application cycle is September 1 - October 31. However, foundation scholarship opportunities become available throughout the year. For details, visit mcccdf.org/scholarship.

You can reset their password through self-service at idme.maricopa.edu. If you run into issues with resetting your password, you may need to reactivate your MEID. If you have issues, password reset chat services are available from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Tuesday December 27th through Thursday December 29th.

Program Plan updates can be made online through the Student Portal here. After August 26, 2023, the effective date of the change will be the start of the upcoming semester,  January 13, 2024.

Advising services are available through email, chat or scheduled appointments. Drop-in hours may be posted on your college’s advising webpage.

If you have met with an advisor previously, review your My Advising Notes in your Student Center under Academic Progress.  Please review the Student Center Guide for additional information.

Fall 2023 tuition is due August 9, 2023 to avoid enrollment cancellation. Enrollment cancellation will take place on August 10th, August 24th, and weekly thereafter.

You can make payment arrangements in your Student Center by selecting the Financial Account Tile. Student Business Services (SBS) can also accept payment over the phone. Connect with your college’s SBS office here.

If you have a blocked services hold on your account, but pay the full amount, the blocked services hold will be removed within about 24 hours at all colleges.

Winter Intersession courses are offered between the end of Fall semester and before Spring semester starts. The following colleges have offered winter intersession courses in the past:

Estrella Mountain, Gateway, Glendale, Mesa, and Phoenix.

Winter Intersession courses go on the Spring 2024 semester on the transcript. Therefore, winter intersession enrollment can be combined with Spring 2024 enrollment for financial aid consideration.
