2-1-1 Arizona

2-1-1 Arizona helps connect people with housing-related resources, including emergency shelter, rent and utility assistance, eviction-prevention support, and other community services. Call 2-1-1 within Arizona, or call 877-211-8661 from anywhere.

Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS)

CASS helps connect people experiencing homelessness with shelter and support services. If you are a single adult without children, call 602-229-5155. If you are seeking shelter as a family with children, call the Family Housing Hub at 602-595-8700.


UMOM - Halle’s Women’s Center

UMOM’s Halle Women’s Center provides temporary emergency shelter and support services for single women experiencing homelessness in Maricopa County. Services may include meals, case management, employment support, advocacy, and connections to community resources.

Human Services Campus—Brian Garcia Welcome Center

The Brian Garcia Welcome Center is open 24/7 and helps connect single adults experiencing homelessness with shelter referrals, housing navigation, and other support services. Through the Human Services Campus, people may also be connected with mental health care, medical and dental services, employment support, legal aid, housing resources, and other community assistance.

The 24/7 Youth Hotline helps connect youth ages 12–17 with shelter and other support services, including counseling, health care, transportation, and help meeting basic needs.

The VA Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) helps veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness connect with housing, health care, mental health support, employment services, and other community resources.

Community Legal Services (CLS)

CLS helps low-income Arizonans with housing-related legal issues, including evictions, tenant rights, unsafe housing conditions, housing discrimination, and foreclosure concerns.
